2 Account Registration

- Mobile number (Bangladeshi)
- Email address
- Details of preferred payment method
2.2 Accuracy of Information
If false or misleading information is provided during registration, 9888 bat reserves the right to close the account at any time, and the account balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the associated balances will be considered void. This rule is strictly enforced to prevent misuse of bonus benefits.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3 Eligibility Requirements
The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the 9888 bat platform:
- Age: Users must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. A National ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
9888 bat offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. In the example above, a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagering to be completed. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
Please note: A bonus is not free money. Bonuses are always subject to the specified wagering requirements. A deposit of ৳5,200 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳10,200 with a wagering requirement of ৳75,000.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The 9888 bat VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. For example, a Silver member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If multiple accounts are created, coordinated betting strategies are used, or any other manipulation is detected with the intent of gaining bonus benefits, all bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
9888 bat reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, that bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.
6.2 Settlement of Results
9888 bat uses reliable sources to determine bet outcomes. In the case of any disputed result, the platform's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Account Balance Limits
Your account must have sufficient balance when placing a bet. No bet will be accepted without an adequate balance.
6.4 Match Circumstances
If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 9888 bat will make a decision on that bet in accordance with its own rules. Stakes are generally returned, though exceptions may apply depending on the specific market.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:
- Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources
- Involvement in match fixing or sports corruption
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus benefits
- Betting using bots or automated software
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage
- Operating an account using a third party's identity
- Colluding with other users to influence outcomes

8 Account Suspension and Closure

- Failure to meet age eligibility requirements
8.2 User Request
You may request closure of your own account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in accordance with applicable law.
12.4 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between 9888 bat and the user and replace all prior discussions and agreements. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
